At Kanex, it is always ensured that the purchased raw material conforms to the specified purchase requirements. The physical and chemical properties are verified as per standard requirements at well equipped government approved laboratories. Quality control engineers test and inspect the materials using duly calibrated testing and measurement instruments before the raw material moves to the further process.

Records and documents are prepared and maintained for continuity and comparison. Ours is an independent Quality Control Department, headed by an independent QC in charge who is reporting to Managing Director, Our Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and the confirmation of the quality checks are based on ISO 9000: 2008 requirements.

We have our own quality manual with documented procedures, standards & codes which have stringent quality norms of acceptance. We carry out all the necessary quality formalities at the suppliers end prior to bringing in the raw material at our workstation. The acceptance is based on the qualified Q.A plans and necessary checks are carried out as per the plans, calibrated instruments and qualified labs are utilized for calibration / verification of performance test / measurements.

Detailed formats and records are maintained and submitted to our clients and when needed. We have qualified Engineers in various levels of Hydraulic test / burst test / performance test / fire test etc. These procedures are periodically upgraded, deleted and revised due to changes in technology or revision in applicable codes.
